Phase management

Agent

Phases define the collection stage of an engagement and determine the permitted actions, the available statuses and the reporting.

The 5 phases

Phase Name Trigger
0 Healthy No unpaid amount
1 Commercial Overdue within the configured commercial period
2 Post-commercial Beyond the commercial threshold
3 Amicable Assignment of an amicable status
4 Judicial Assignment of a judicial status

Phase transitions

Phases 0, 1, 2 are computed automatically based on amounts and configured deadlines.

Phases 3 and 4 are triggered manually by adding statuses to the engagement.

Phase 0 → Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Phase 3 → Phase 4

Critical rule

An engagement cannot move back to a previous phase. Transitions are one-way.
