Phase management¶
Agent
Phases define the collection stage of an engagement and determine the permitted actions, the available statuses and the reporting.
The 5 phases¶
| Phase | Name | Trigger |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Healthy | No unpaid amount |
| 1 | Commercial | Overdue within the configured commercial period |
| 2 | Post-commercial | Beyond the commercial threshold |
| 3 | Amicable | Assignment of an amicable status |
| 4 | Judicial | Assignment of a judicial status |
Phase transitions¶
Phases 0, 1, 2 are computed automatically based on amounts and configured deadlines.
Phases 3 and 4 are triggered manually by adding statuses to the engagement.
Phase 0 → Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Phase 3 → Phase 4
Critical rule
An engagement cannot move back to a previous phase. Transitions are one-way.
Statuses and phases¶
To view the available statuses:
- Open an engagement in phase 3 or 4.
