My Engagements

Agent

An engagement is a debt case linking a client to unpaid amounts. It is the central object of your daily work in CASH.


Overview

The Engagements page lists all your active cases with:

  • Client name and case identifier
  • Overdue amount and total amount
  • Active statuses (amicable, judicial, etc.)
  • Date of the next action or deadline
  • Collection phase (0 to 4)

Step-by-step

Search for an engagement

  1. Go to Engagements in the menu.
  2. Use the search bar to look up by name, identifier or amount.
  3. Use the filters to narrow by phase or status.

Open a case

  1. Click a row, or double-click for the quick preview.
  2. The detail page opens with all the information.
  3. Switch between tabs: Information, History, Contacts, Documents, Promises.

Add an action

  1. In an engagement record, click "New action".
  2. Choose the type (call, email, letter, visit).
  3. Fill in the date, time and a note.
  4. Click "Save".

Record a promise

  1. In the engagement record, click "New promise".
  2. Enter the amount and the due date.
  3. Click "Confirm".

Phases of an engagement

Phase Name Description
0 Healthy No active unpaid amount
1 Commercial Recent overdue, within configured deadlines
2 Post-commercial Beyond the commercial threshold
3 Amicable Tracked via amicable statuses
4 Judicial Legal proceedings in progress

Critical rule

Phase transitions are subject to strict business rules. The phase is computed automatically or validated by your manager.

FAQ

Q: How do I export my engagements? Ask your manager — the export function is available from the Manager menu.

Q: What does a red row mean? It indicates that an action is overdue or a deadline has passed.
