My Profile¶

The My profile page lets you manage your personal information, your password and your display preferences.
Access my profile¶
- Click your avatar or initials in the top right.
- Select "My profile" from the menu.
Personal information¶
You can edit:
- First and last name
- Profile picture — drag and drop an image or click to browse
- Interface language — French or English
Note
Your email address cannot be changed here. Contact your administrator.
Change password¶
- In the "Security" section, click "Change password".
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Click "Save".
Requirements
The password must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one digit.
Electronic signature¶
You can upload a signature image for your documents:
- In the "Signature" section, click "Upload a signature".
- Select a PNG or JPG image (white background recommended).
- Save.

FAQ¶
Q: I don't see the option to change my email. Why? The email is tied to your authentication account. Contact your administrator.
Q: My profile picture does not appear in the chat. What should I do? Wait a few seconds — the cache refreshes automatically.
